Southern Hills Golf Course is proud to participate in PGA Jr. League, a fun, team-based golf program designed to introduce young players to the game in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Built around teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship, PGA Jr. League helps junior golfers build confidence while learning the fundamentals both on and off the course.
Our program is open to boys and girls ages 7–16, and NO PRIOR GOLF EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.
Led by PGA Professionals Tyler Fike and Taytom Timbers, PGA Jr. League at Southern Hills combines expert PGA instruction with a positive, social experience that keeps kids engaged and excited to play. Players wear official team jerseys, practice weekly with PGA Professionals, and compete in friendly team matches against other area courses.
The season includes home-and-away competitions where we travel to:
Indian Head Golf Club (Grand Island)
Pine Lake Golf Club (Lincoln)
